Overview

Trexo Robotics is enabling mobility by building powered wearable robots. Our first product is a robot for children with movement disorders such as Cerebral Palsy, and it allows kids to walk, in many cases, for the first time in their lives. The device is currently being used by hundreds of families and the best hospitals across North America.

In Short

• Trexo is looking for a passionate Patient Advocate to establish its presence in Australia.
• You will work closely with the Australian distributor to ensure an exceptional experience for families and clinicians.
• Act as a local point of contact for customers and partners.
• Support sales activities and coordinate device demonstrations.
• Assist with customer communications and marketing efforts.
• This is a remote role involving travel within Australia.
• Empathetic communicator motivated by helping families access technology.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Support marketing events and outreach initiatives.
• Represent Trexo’s values and mission in all interactions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing, healthcare, or community engagement role.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable using video conferencing tools.
• Experience supporting events or marketing activities.
• Self-starter comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
• Willingness to travel within Australia.
• Passion for helping children and families access mobility solutions.
