Overview

As an HR Business Partner at TreviPay, you will work closely with HR teams and business leaders to develop effective human capital solutions, contributing to various HR initiatives and ensuring compliance with HR practices.

Requirements

• 2+ years of HR Business Partner experience.
• Understanding of Costa Rica HR practices and laws.
• Knowledge of US HR laws preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite.
