Overview

Trella Health is seeking an entrepreneurial-minded and results-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to be the strategic financial executive and serve as the financial leader and trusted advisor to help Trella Health grow to over $100M in ARR.

In Short

• Lead and evolve the company’s finance and legal operations.
• Collaborate with C-Suite on key strategic growth strategies.
• Create short- and long-term financial strategies.
• Recommend optimal financing structures and lead capital-raising initiatives.
• Create and implement capital allocation strategies.
• Define and drive initiatives that increase shareholder valuation.
• Provide financial and legal leadership on corporate strategies.
• Analyze and implement strategies to increase recurring revenue.
• Monitor and optimize cost structures.
• Deliver proactive, data-driven financial leadership.

Requirements

• Proven experience as CFO or a senior financial leader.
• Experience in the healthcare industry.
• Deep expertise in mergers & acquisitions and capital fundraising.
• Proven ability to act as a true business partner.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with a board of directors.
• Deep functional experience in FP&A and operational excellence.
• Demonstrated expertise in contract negotiation.
• Experience implementing systems for a growing SaaS organization.
• Expertise in financial reporting and forecasting.
• Proven experience leading a high-performance finance organization.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
