Part-Time Scheduler - Remote

Overview

The Scheduler will be responsible for coordinating schedules for caregivers and temps, ensuring adequate staffing and maintaining continuity of care to best meet the needs of our residents.

In Short

• Part-time position around 10-15 hours per week.
• Remote work with occasional in-office requirements in Hanover, PA.
• Maintain up-to-date schedules and ensure shifts are filled promptly.
• Ensure 24-7 coverage of residents and respond to emergencies.
• Monitor staffing levels to comply with state regulations.
• Communicate scheduling changes effectively with staff.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Maintain positive relationships with co-workers and residents.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED with two years of scheduling experience.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and flexibility.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and make quick decisions.
