The Specialist, Call Quality Assurance (IT) is responsible for auditing customer interactions through monitoring and scoring calls to ensure quality service and compliance with standards.

  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
  • Coaching experience preferred.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently.
