Overview

This position is responsible for managing and implementing programs to optimize cost savings and utilization in Clinical Operations, collaborating with various departments to enhance training and support.

Requirements

• Current RN license required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3-5 years nephrology experience preferred.
• CNN or CDN certification preferred within two years.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
• Fluent in written and verbal communication.
• Ability to evaluate outcomes and implement training.
• Scheduling flexibility and ability to travel.
• Solid reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
• Detailed-oriented with project management skills.
