As an Executive Talent Sourcer at DaVita, you will play a critical role in driving proactive research, market intelligence, and candidate engagement for senior leadership roles.

In Short

• Identify and attract transformational leaders for senior roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles.
• Conduct deep talent mapping and market intelligence.
• Leverage sourcing tools and Boolean search techniques.
• Build and maintain diverse pipelines of executive candidates.
• Own initial outreach and engagement for targeted pipelines.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate engagement and search progress.
• Partner closely with Executive TA Partners and stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support succession and workforce planning efforts.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in executive sourcing or research.
• Strong ability to identify and assess senior-level talent.
• Skilled in market research and sourcing tools.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity.
• Experience with CRM platforms preferred.
