Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Trade Document Specialist who will be part of a passionate Trade and IT team.

In Short

• Develop a deep understanding of the structure and usage of the Traydstream Platform.
• Onboard clients onto the Platform through initial transaction support.
• Implement appropriate solutions for clients and their documents.
• Maintain data for client communication regarding platform efficiency.
• Enhance overall Client Experience and Platform Efficiency.
• Bring creative ideas for client problems or platform functionality.
• Create Business Requirement Document (BRD) for platform enhancements.
• Continuously strive for improvement in TAT, Accuracy, and Productivity.
• Test the platform for new or modified features.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders for buy-in and implementation.

Requirements

• Experience in trade documentation.
• Strong client communication skills.
• Ability to create Business Requirement Documents.
• Understanding of FinTech trends and technologies.
• Problem-solving skills for client issues.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.
