In Short

• Join a squad of full-stack engineers, a Product Manager, and a Product Designer.
• Design next-generation mobile experiences for iOS and Android.
• Develop intuitive and engaging user experiences and visual designs.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand customer needs.
• Conduct usability tests and research to identify customer problems.
• Work with data teams to uncover quantitative insights.
• Contribute to the Native Mobile Design System.
• Apply platform-specific guidelines for design.
• Support fellow designers and influence team growth.
• Ensure high-quality implementation of designs.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in designing native mobile applications.
• Up-to-date portfolio showcasing mobile design.
• Experience with Figma or similar tools.
• Solid communication skills for presenting ideas.
• Ability to influence product roadmaps.
• Advocate for Design Systems.
• Regular interaction with customers to understand their needs.
• A positive and proactive team player.
