As a Director, Delivery Lead in Engineering Enablement, you will join a strategic team focused on enhancing the engineering experience and fostering collaboration within the engineering community.

In Short

• Coordinate cross-team initiatives to enhance the engineering community.
• Identify opportunities for visibility, consistency, and collaboration.
• Manage reverse demand and support audit events.
• Oversee contract management and financials.
• Participate in Program Increment planning.
• Establish feedback loops and enhance learning cycles.
• Improve education and engagement for engineers.
• Drive improvement through retrospectives and metrics.
• Create transparency into cross-team work progress.
• Facilitate collaboration and manage cross-team dynamics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Five years of experience in an agile/execution role.
• Programming/development experience preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge and strategic mindset.
• Understanding of DevSecOps and CI/CD.
• Proven analytical skills.
• Expertise in advising on business priorities.
• 2 years of relevant technology experience required.
• 2 years of people management experience required.
• 2 years of Program Management experience required.
