Vice President of Logistics - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Vice President of Logistics to own and lead the end-to-end supply chain for the Take Back Business (TBB). This is a mission-critical role where you will design, implement, and manage a reverse logistics network that can scale nationally, reduce costs, and minimize carbon emissions.

In Short

• Define and execute Trashie’s logistics roadmap.
• Own the full reverse logistics process from customer returns to facility intake.
• Oversee Inventory planning and ensure reliable supply.
• Manage outbound shipping operations for bags and boxes.
• Oversee warehouse and order management systems.
• Collaborate with product and technology teams for seamless experiences.
• Build and manage relationships with logistics providers.
• Ensure logistics operations meet environmental standards.
• Establish KPIs to track logistics efficiency and sustainability outcomes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of leadership experience in logistics or supply chain management.
• Proven track record managing reverse logistics networks.
• Experience with major carriers such as UPS and USPS.
• Expertise in contract negotiation and scaling logistics systems.
• Experience designing hub strategies or fulfillment networks.
• Strong analytical skills to translate logistics data into strategy.
