Overview

The Consumer Operations Learner is responsible for answering inbound phone calls relating to TransUnion Products and Services, providing exceptional customer experiences while maintaining a high level of knowledge about the company's offerings.

In Short

  • Answer inbound calls related to TransUnion products and services.
  • Support customers and consumers using TransUnion services.
  • Manage consumer interactions professionally via calls, emails, and other tasks.
  • Maintain knowledge of TransUnion’s products, services, and policies.
  • Provide exceptional customer experience by resolving issues proactively.
  • Educate customers on TransUnion products and applicable regulations.
  • Accurately capture customer details during calls.
  • Work towards individual performance targets and departmental agreements.
  • Collaborate with QA and team leads for performance improvement.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum Matric qualification.
  • 100% proficiency in French.
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle irate customers effectively.
  • Strong sense of duty and self-starter initiative.
  • Attention to detail in all completed work.
  • Team-oriented collaboration skills.
  • Adaptability to change and effective time management.
  • Highly computer literate.
