DataForce by TransPerfect is seeking a Remote Scheduler to join our team for a new data collection project for several locations within the United States. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative project to improve Artificial Intelligence technology.

In Short

• Manage and coordinate participant scheduling for study appointments.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism.
• Perform general administrative duties including data entry and filing.
• Liaise with onsite study staff for smooth participant flow.
• Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards of the study.
• Answer questions participants may have.
• Provide logistic information and reminders to participants.
• Communicate schedule changes to participants.
• Act as liaison between participants and Project Manager.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts as they occur.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Located in Pacific time zone.
• Quiet, distraction-free work environment.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Strong project management and prioritization skills.
• Self-motivated, quick learner, and organized.
• Must be detail-oriented and discreet with confidential information.
