Remote Recruitment Scheduler

Overview

The Remote Recruitment Scheduler is responsible for ensuring timely and effective placement of candidates into client bookings by managing shift scheduling and maintaining clear communication with both candidates and clients.

In Short

• Manage shift scheduling to meet fill ratio targets.
• Proactively contact and follow up with temps for availability.
• Respond to candidate queries regarding scheduling matters.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly scheduling targets.
• Ensure high fill rates and client satisfaction.
• Maintain effective communication with temps and clients.
• Utilize CRM or applicant tracking systems for scheduling.
• Work Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00 UK Time.
• Must have a reliable internet connection and suitable computer.
• Adaptable and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.

Requirements

• Proven experience in scheduling or recruitment coordination.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong administrative capabilities.
• Customer-focused approach with interpersonal skills.
• Experience in healthcare or temp staffing is desirable.
• Familiarity with Waze and Google Maps is a plus.
• Proactive team player with a positive attitude.
• Comfortable working to deadlines and performance targets.
