Overview

DataForce is seeking a motivated Scheduler to work remotely from the US to schedule recording sessions for one of our Data Collection projects taking place in New York, United States.

In Short

• Work remotely in the US as a Scheduler.
• Freelance/Independent Contractor engagement model.
• Communicate with potential participants via phone or email.
• Screen applicants and schedule appointments based on availability.
• Manage daily schedules and find replacement participants if needed.
• Send reminders to minimize no-shows.
• Provide logistics information to candidates.
• Coordinate with the project team daily.
• Fluency in Hebrew and advanced English required.
• Must have good computer skills and organizational capabilities.
