The Shared User Management Agent is responsible for providing frontline user management and customer support, ensuring effective communication and problem resolution for clients.

In Short

• Process User Management worklist requests within SLA
• Provide updates to sponsors and relevant teams
• Follow instructions for account creation and updates
• Communicate with sponsors regarding issues
• Ensure accurate data entry in the CRM system
• Perform database system performance reporting
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis for alerts and errors
• Complete QC activities for User Management
• Timely site allocation for product users
• Ensure compliance with Data Privacy and Security Policy
