Overview

The Sr. Director/VP People Operations will be responsible for transforming People & Culture into a service platform that drives innovative, scalable processes and leverages AI and automation to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline or equivalent work experience.
• Master's degree preferred or 10+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience enhancing workflows using AI systems.

• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
