The Specialist, Proposal Management is responsible for coordinating RFP submissions for new business, clients, health plans, and channel partners while supporting a fast-paced sales team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 1+ years in RFP response or sales operations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven project management and critical thinking abilities.
• Experience supporting sales teams with measurable impact.
• Familiarity with healthcare and RFP software.
• Quick learner with enthusiasm for new technologies.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
