Trafilea is seeking a Senior Treasury Manager to foster a new company culture focused on Business Plan and Cash Flow management, impacting the organization by driving financial strategies and operational excellence.

• Foster a culture where expenses are driven by Business Plan & Cash Flow.
• Monitor business performance metrics such as Cash Burn and Free Cash Flow.
• Ensure timely and quality reporting to support decision-making.

• Implement best practices and improve automation within Treasury.
• Enhance cash management and liquidity forecasts.
• Oversee Accounts Payable and Receivable processes.
• Manage Treasury operational policies and compliance.

Requirements

• Advanced English level required.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields; MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years in management roles.
• Experience in Retail or eCommerce.
• Experience in financial reporting to investors.
• Knowledge of SAP and NetSuite is advantageous.
• Strong experience with key financial KPIs.
• Expertise in cash flow management and accounting.
