Overview

As a Junior Treasury Manager at Deel, you'll support a wide range of treasury activities across multiple international entities, contributing to the efficient management of cash, liquidity, and financial risk on a global scale.

In Short

• Review bank account opening documents and fees for global expansion.
• Monitor global daily and weekly bank activities.
• Resolve daily cash management issues promptly.
• Ensure liquidity by monitoring global cash positions.
• Support FX desk and manage daily hedging operations.
• Manage cross-department projects to improve FX and liquidity solutions.
• Assist with reporting and presentation preparation.
• Investigate and resolve complex payment problems.

Requirements

• Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Minimum 3 years experience in treasury at a Multinational/FinTech or Bank.
• Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Data-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Strong exposure to FX trading.
