Requirements

• 7+ years in retention marketing, preferably in e-commerce.
• 5+ years in leadership roles managing teams.
• Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven ability to lead retention strategies.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting customer data.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
• Solid understanding of CRM and retention tactics.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
