Senior Accounting Analyst - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Accounting Analyst at Trafilea, you will own the end-to-end accounting for assigned areas, ensuring financial information is accurate and audit-ready, while contributing to the growth of the company through process automation and AI-enabled tools.

In Short

• Full ownership of balance sheet and P&L accounts
• Preparation and maintenance of high-quality account reconciliations
• Execution of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
• Investigation of discrepancies and proposal of corrective actions
• Management of audit requests with minimal supervision
• Preparation and support of internal and external reporting requirements
• Maintenance of organized, audit-ready documentation
• Contribution to process standardization and automation
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams

Requirements

• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong experience with journal entries and reconciliations
• Big4 or top-tier audit experience preferred
• Experience in retail, FMCG, or e-commerce environments is a plus
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems
• Knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, or SOX frameworks is a strong plus
• Fluent English (written and verbal)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong understanding of close processes
• Comfort with automation tools and AI-based assistants
