Overview

Spotify is seeking a Product Manager to join the Interstellar squad, which owns and operates Spotify’s Multi-User Plan architecture and systems, impacting millions of users globally.

In Short

• Own and evolve the core product experiences and APIs for Spotify's Family Plan infrastructure.
• Work with engineers, designers, and data scientists to create scalable member lifecycle flows.
• Collaborate with teams across Subscriptions Mission for seamless coordination.
• Define and manage the roadmap for the squad aligning with team goals.
• Help scale new monetization opportunities through personalization and targeting.
• Identify and resolve user and stakeholder pain points using data.
• Ensure reliability, trust, and compliance in managing family-based accounts.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in product management, preferably in platform or subscription domains.
• Organised and experienced in shipping backend-heavy products.
• Passionate about infrastructure and designing trustworthy experiences.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity across teams.
• Clear communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work well in distributed environments and collaborate closely with engineering.
