Senior Manager/Director of Innovation (Beverage) - Remote

Overview

Tradin Organic is seeking a Senior Manager/Director of Innovation to lead beverage innovation and commercialization, shaping the product pipeline and ensuring customer satisfaction.

In Short

• Lead beverage innovation from concept through launch.
• Partner with Retail leadership to identify opportunities.
• Own product-level P&Ls and manage innovation roadmaps.
• Collaborate with external formulators and development partners.
• Drive end-to-end development of innovation projects.
• Utilize project management tools like Asana.
• Ensure alignment with manufacturing capabilities and cost targets.
• Act as a central hub connecting cross-functional teams.
• Manage risks related to scale-up and commercialization.
• Bring strong project management expertise to enhance execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 5-10+ years of experience in CPG innovation and product development.
• Strong experience managing product P&Ls.
• Proven track record in launching beverage products.
• Experience with project management tools (Asana preferred).
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
