Overview

Ownership Capital Lab is seeking a Senior Manager, Innovation Lab to lead core investment and product development work across a small portfolio of EO financing vehicles that the Innovation Lab is actively moving from concept to validation, pilot and launch. This role sits at the intersection of investing, product design and market-building, with a strong orientation toward mainstream capital markets.

In Short

• Lead investment product development across the Innovation Lab
• Drive strategy and execution through a stage-gated process
• Conduct market validation and partnership engagement
• Build financial models and inform product design
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and external resources
• Coordinate internal and external partner inputs
• Surface risks and tradeoffs through clear leadership briefings

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in investing or financial services product development
• Ability to evaluate investment opportunities and build financial models
• Strong communication skills for engaging investors and partners
• Experience in impact investing or related fields is preferred

• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
