Overview

As a Client Support Specialist - L1 at Trackforce, you will provide frontline support to ensure a seamless customer experience while troubleshooting issues and resolving technical concerns.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a customer support role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills for diagnosing issues.
  • Experience using support tools like Zendesk or Salesforce.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Passion for customer satisfaction and teamwork.
