Overview

You want to bring your IT affinity and logistics know-how into an exciting company with exciting projects? At our brand new logistics location in Elsdorf, you have the chance to be involved from the beginning and actively shape our warehouse management system.

In Short

• You create user accounts and permissions, manage master data, and keep track of our warehouse management system.
• You optimize and manage storage locations and structures and adjust product data systemically.
• You conduct regular inventory checks, correct stock levels, assist with inventories, and create meaningful reports and evaluations.
• You proactively support your operational colleagues, identify and resolve errors, and conduct user training for the warehouse management system.
• You administer and configure warehouse-related applications, test system adjustments, and maintain system documentation.
• You analyze and optimize workflows and processes in the warehouse management system and actively participate in the design of new processes.

Requirements

• You have a high IT affinity and several years of experience with warehouse management systems in a logistics environment.
• You ideally have completed commercial training, an IT-related qualification, or a corresponding degree.
• You work in a team-oriented manner and are willing to pitch in.
• You communicate confidently in German and English to exchange ideas with different teams.
