In Short

  • Managing the configuration, administration, and optimization of the Odessa Lease Management System.
  • Developing and maintaining APIs and custom software to integrate Odessa with Salesforce.
  • Ensuring system changes align with GAAP and compliance requirements.
  • Leading Agile Scrum ceremonies and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Acting as the primary liaison between various teams for Odessa-related projects.
  • Streamlining processes for lease payment schedules and contract revisions.
  • Designing and implementing systemic controls for data accuracy and compliance.
  • Leading quality assurance testing for new system features.
  • Providing training on Odessa features to various teams.
  • Shadowing the SVP of Finance to gain knowledge of the Odessa build.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of accounting experience with a strong understanding of GAAP.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with ERP system implementation (Odessa preferred).
  • Experience with ERP platforms like SAP or Oracle.
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Technical expertise in API development and SQL.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams.
