Demand Planner (gn) for ESN Brand - Remote

Overview

As a Demand Planner (gn) for the ESN brand, you will support our Sales & Operational Planning (S&OP) with data-driven analyses and strategic insights. You will actively contribute to ensuring our product availability and be responsible for planning and coordinating external suppliers. In Short

• Support the ESN Sales & Operational Planning (S&OP) and develop into a central part of this area.
• Prepare presentations and analyses for weekly meetings with C-level and stakeholders.
• Plan external orders and work closely with our suppliers.
• Analyze and plan inventory based on our forecasts to ensure product availability.
• Participate in smaller strategic Demand Planning projects.

Requirements

• Initial professional experience in an analytical-strategic and/or operational role, ideally in the Consumer Goods Industry and/or a startup.
• Good business understanding with strong analytical skills and the ability to present complex data understandably to various stakeholder groups.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• SAP knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.
• Structured and flexible working style.
• Enjoy quickly understanding complex processes and stakeholder structures.
• Fluent in German and English.
