Supervisor Revenue Assurance - Remote

Overview

The Shared Services Center (SSC) Revenue Assurance Supervisor is responsible for all day-to-day operational and financial support functions for Lease Administration, ensuring accuracy in package processing, vehicle ordering, and financial reporting.

In Short

• Manage daily Lease Admin processes including vehicle orders and contract auditing.
• Coordinate with sales teams and legal on deal summaries.
• Oversee daily work processes in SFDC for vehicle orders.
• Input to hiring and performance decisions for employees.
• Develop and maintain training manuals and internal controls.
• Act as primary escalation point for operational issues.
• Lead or participate in departmental projects and initiatives.
• Ensure consistency and timeliness in work performed.
• Provide guidance and coaching to team members.
• Manage P&L and recommend improvements to policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• 8 years of relevant experience preferred.
• 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong customer relationship building skills.
• Ability to motivate and direct employees.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up practices.
• Effective leadership and collaboration skills.
