Carrier Recruiter - Non-CDL Service Partner - Remote

Overview

The Carrier Recruiter plays a key role in delivering top-tier recruitment services for the Ryder organization, focusing on efficiency and leveraging cutting-edge recruitment methods. This role involves sourcing, interviewing, and recruiting Non-CDL, DOT Carriers with experience in white-glove, in-home delivery using 26' Box Trucks to support our clients.

• Source and recruit Non-CDL, DOT owner-operators.
• Manage recruitment processes from start to finish.
• Develop relationships with carriers and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with legal and DOT regulations.
• Provide updates on market conditions and recruitment progress.
• Collaborate with operations teams to drive recruitment success.
• Manage recruitment KPIs and strategies.
• Apply judgment for effective actions within established procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in full-life cycle recruiting.
• Experience in transportation/logistics contract management.
• 2+ years recruiting owner-operators or drivers.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and online search tools.
• Customer service orientation.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and other platforms is a plus.
