Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and business-driven Senior Analyst to supercharge Revenue Assurance Analytics at Reddit. This role requires an analytical mindset, a proactive attitude, and a passion for using innovative methods to improve ads delivery, risk management, processes, and controls within a dynamic environment.

In Short

• Build and implement monitoring and assurance processes and tools.
• Perform auction logic validation and ads validation service data quality review.
• Analyze ads platform data to identify trends and detect anomalies.
• Design and build automation for independent assurance analytics.
• Oversee controls testing to ensure a robust control environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide a risk perspective.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years' experience in risk analytics or related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented individual.
• Ability to assess complex processes and identify risks.
• Working knowledge of SQL/BigQuery and data analytics automation.
• Understanding of ETL processes and data quality assurance.
• Experience interpreting business logic in code.
