Tovala is a food-tech company reinventing home cooking to save consumers time through innovative hardware, software, and fresh food delivery. We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting across various teams.

In Short

• Own and execute the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers.
• Use creative sourcing strategies to attract candidates.
• Provide a high-quality candidate experience.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience required.
• Comfortable recruiting across multiple teams and levels.
• Organized and proactive work style.
• Nice to have: experience with Lever ATS.
• Contract duration of 3–6 months with potential for extension.
• Remote position, working hours in CST.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience in high-growth start-up or tech environments.
• Ability to develop relationships with hiring managers.
• Organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Prior experience with Lever ATS or similar platforms is preferred.
• Network in supply chain, food-tech, or DTC marketing is a plus.
