Overview

The Supply Chain Weekend Coordinator at Tovala will support supply chain functions including logistics, food and packaging procurement on weekends and Wednesday nights.

In Short

• Integrate within the Tovala Supply Chain team and provide support to logistics and demand planning teams.
• Communicate shortages or delays in product arrival affecting production schedules.
• Strategize recovery plans with the Operations team.
• Follow up on inbound delivery delays and communicate updates.
• Place Purchase Orders for flagged shortages.
• Work closely with Inventory and Production teams.
• Monitor weekend linehaul pickups for timely departures.
• Resolve delivery or pickup issues with freight brokers.
• Monitor reefer trailer temperatures and escalate issues.
• Support warehouse teams with operational challenges over the weekend.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of procurement and logistics workflows.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and Google Suite.
