Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Human Capital Institute Strategic Acquisition certification required within 1 year.
• 2 to 4 years of related work experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Previous HR or talent acquisition experience preferred.
• LinkedIn Recruiter knowledge is a plus.
• Workday experience highly desirable.
• Ability to maintain discretion in confidential situations.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
