Workday Benefits Consultant - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Consultant II, Senior, Principal or Managing Workday Benefits Post Production Consultant who is passionate about working in a collaborative environment and has the ambition to be a driver for success.

In Short

• Work directly with clients to deliver high-quality Workday Benefits solutions.
• Resolve Workday Benefits issues as they arise.
• Participate in internal training and share skills with others.
• Assist with internal initiatives to improve the team or company.
• Manage a team of consultants and guide their development.
• Utilize Workday experience to develop sales material and scope projects.

Requirements

• Workday Benefits Certification.
• 1+ years Workday Benefits post-production support experience.
• Knowledge of Benefits groups, plans, and the Affordable Care Act.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Passion for exceptional customer service and collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple client requests effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with clients and co-workers.
• Good problem solver with diverse perspective consideration.
