Requirements

  • At least 4 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, ideally focused on marketing campaigns and landing pages.
  • Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Solid knowledge of responsive design and frontend basics (HTML, CSS, possibly JavaScript).
  • Experience working with performance marketing teams and knowledge of relevant metrics.
  • Strong sense of visual design, typography, and conversion optimization.
  • Analytical thinking and experience using tracking and testing tools (e.g., Google Optimize, Hotjar).
  • Fluent in German and very good English skills, both written and spoken.
