Senior UI/UX Designer - Ads & Landing Pages - Remote

In Short

• Development of user-centered UI/UX concepts for social ads, display banners, and marketing landing pages.
• Creation of interactive prototypes (e.g., in Figma or Adobe XD) to validate design ideas.
• Planning and evaluation of usability tests and conversion optimization measures.
• Ensuring a consistent brand presence across all digital touchpoints.
• Close collaboration with performance marketing, copywriting, and development teams.
• Building and maintaining component libraries and style guides for scalable campaigns.
• Analysis of metrics (e.g., click and conversion rates) and deriving data-driven optimization suggestions.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, ideally focused on marketing campaigns and landing pages.
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Solid knowledge of responsive design and frontend basics (HTML, CSS, possibly JavaScript).
• Experience working with performance marketing teams and knowledge of relevant metrics.
• Strong sense of visual design, typography, and conversion optimization.
• Analytical thinking and experience using tracking and testing tools (e.g., Google Optimize, Hotjar).
• Fluent in German and very good English skills, both written and spoken.
