As Toku’s Talent Specialist, you’ll play a dual role in driving our recruitment efforts while supporting key HR functions, focusing on finding exceptional individuals to join our mission-driven team while maintaining smooth HR processes.

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify top talent.
• Leverage Boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing tools.
• Conduct initial outreach and candidate engagement.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary assessments.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to refine sourcing strategies.
• Support onboarding processes for new hires.
• Assist in the administration of HR systems and payroll coordination.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Support compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Assist in creating HR policies and processes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment and HR operations.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing platforms.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
