In Short

  • Provide support for cloud-based camp management software.
  • Respond to client questions and issues via phone and ticketing software.
  • Assist clients across multiple products.
  • Work with Product and Development teams to improve the product.
  • Document frequently asked questions and prepare knowledge-based content.
  • Ensure customer success and satisfaction.
  • Ideal for detail-oriented, self-learners.
  • Remote position with opportunities for growth.
  • Support traditional overnight camps and college athletic camps.
  • Be part of a team that positively impacts kids' lives.

Requirements

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Proven proficiency in problem solving.
