Overview

The Marketing Specialist for New User Onboarding & Lifecycle focuses on increasing revenue and profitability across Together Light Inc.'s dating, visa, and travel business units. This role is primarily focused on optimizing the complete new user journey, from the first touch to full activation. To some extent, the role may be involved with re-engaging past users and testing ad platform content for congruence and conversion.

In Short

• Spot weak parts in a funnel and create tests to fix them.
• Use CRM or split testing tools effectively.
• Set up tests including copy creation and layout changes.
• Analyze funnel analytics to diagnose user drop-off.
• Ship multiple tests per week and analyze results.
• Experience with Manychat, WhatsApp, and email onboarding flows.
• Coordinate with ad teams for remarketing flows.
• Quickly analyze ad profitability from raw data.
