Overview

We are seeking an SMB Sales Coordinator that is bilingual in English and Mandarin to support Toast's top-performing Account Executives with administrative and post-sale tasks.

• Support Account Executives with administrative tasks
• Collaborate with Business Operations, Billing, Finance, Onboarding, and Sales Teams
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to produce hardware and software quotes
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation in the sales process
• Drive customer satisfaction and revenue for the company

Requirements

• 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in cross-functional roles
• Technical aptitude for CRM systems
• Self-driven and motivated
• Ability to handle objections effectively
• Preferably an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
