The Director, Credit Risk is a strategic role responsible for building and scaling risk management frameworks that enable responsible growth in Toast Capital’s lending portfolio, balancing growth with prudent risk management.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in credit risk management.
• 5+ years of team management experience.
• Strong understanding of credit risk analytics and underwriting.
• Experience in launching and scaling lending products.
• Proficiency in credit modeling and stress testing frameworks.
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and team building skills.
