Overview

As a Bilingual Emerging Markets Sales Development Representative (EM SDR), you will play a key role in expanding Toast’s reach by engaging inbound leads and connecting with US-based SMB restaurants. This role focuses on leveraging paid, organic, partner, event, and referral leads from our inbound router.

In Short

  • Manage inbound leads and proactively engage restaurant owners and decision-makers through multi-channel outreach.
  • Schedule 34+ demos per month for Emerging Markets Account Executives.
  • Contribute to $45,000+ in ARR per month as a ramped rep.
  • Make a minimum of 65 calls per day, with a total of 100+ outreach activities.
  • Work collaboratively with EM Account Executives to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts and prospect interactions in Salesforce and Salesloft.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Mandarin (in addition to English) – written and verbal communication.
  • Previous sales or customer-facing experience.
  • Strong work ethic and determination to exceed goals.
  • Excellent organization, critical thinking, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a remote environment while staying motivated and collaborative.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Salesloft (preferred but not required).
  • Restaurant industry experience (nice to have but not required).
