Compliance Community Support Specialist - Remote

Overview

This position conducts file reviews for all Move-Ins, Annual Certifications, and Interim Certifications within our Florida portfolio. The role requires a specialist with expertise in verifying and entering data into certifications, securing all necessary documentation, and preparing accurate, complete files for the property to execution. Additionally, the specialist will manage responses to State and Investor audits throughout the year. The specialist will also serve as the organization's EIV Coordinator, overseeing user access, ensuring proper system usage, and maintaining accurate reporting.
