• Provide exceptional support to Elite Membership clients.
• Communicate with the warehouse team regarding order issues.
• Oversee the order fulfillment process for timely deliveries.
• Enhance ticketing and chat systems for better service quality.
• Implement best practices to streamline workflows.
• Develop proficiency in software platforms like Shopify and Zendesk.
• Troubleshoot issues with customer service tools.

Requirements

• 3 - 5 years of customer service experience in e-commerce.
