In Short
Develop and execute creative strategy across clients’ paid media channels.
Analyze ad performance data at scale using Motion boards and platform analytics.
Create and deliver approximately 10 ad briefs per client every other week.
Work across teams to ensure smooth execution of creative plans.
Act as a client-facing strategist aligning creative efforts with brand goals.
Constantly innovate to drive engagement, conversions, and overall campaign success.
This is a high-volume, high-velocity role requiring quick execution.
Stay ahead of industry trends to push creative boundaries.
Requirements
5+ years in digital advertising, creative strategy, or performance marketing.
Proven experience in multi-channel paid media creative strategy.
Strong data analysis skills—must be able to extract insights from various platforms.
Expertise in developing and presenting creative briefs for paid social ad campaigns.
Experience working with D2C brands at scale.
Ability to work across teams efficiently.
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and fast-moving.
Obsessed with advertising trends and consumer behavior.
Self-starter mindset—able to take ownership and drive projects forward.
