Backend Engineer (Python & Java) - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a Backend Engineer with solid expertise in Python and Java to help build the powerful infrastructure behind our growing platform. This is a fully remote opportunity for LATAM-based talent, offering the chance to work on scalable, high-performance backend systems in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

In Short

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python and Java.

Requirements

• Proven experience in backend development with Python and Java.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and integration.
• Familiarity with databases (SQL and NoSQL).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills in English (must).
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Passionate about building high-quality backend systems.
• Adaptable and eager to learn new technologies.
