• Develop, manage, and execute growth strategies to drive self-service customer acquisition, retention, and expansion.
• Own the end-to-end self-service customer experience and optimize it to drive business outcomes.
• Drive continual top-of-funnel traffic to our branded web experiences.
• Collaborate with Self-Service team to establish the self-service and growth strategy.
• Create and optimize high-impact campaigns to support trial-to-paid conversions.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to support outbound ABM campaigns.
• Provide insights on product packaging and pricing strategies.
• Analyze key self-service metrics to identify growth opportunities.
