The Operations Clerk executes core operational functions that are key in the day-to-day operations of the company, contributing to exceptional service and customer satisfaction.

In Short

• Contacting suppliers for order updates and cancellations
• Ensuring timely shipping and delivery of orders
• Monitoring shipping status and investigating lost or damaged packages
• Available to work full shifts till 5pm PST, Sunday - Thursday
• Must be fluent in English
• Self-motivated to complete tasks timely
• Processing cancellation requests and sales orders
• Performing inventory audits and adjustments
• Assisting with onboarding of new suppliers
• Excellent communication skills required

Requirements

• Must not have had any disciplinary actions in the past 90 days
• Tenacity and follow-up skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Google Suite products
• High-speed Wi-Fi connection at home office
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
