In Short

• Provide clinical evaluation and medication assessments to students.
• Work Monday - Friday from Noon - 8pm PST.
• Required to have a current license to practice in California.
• Conduct remote Tele-psychiatry outpatient visits.
• Develop individual care plans and provide therapeutic interventions.
• Document sessions and assessments in EHR.
• Collaborate with students on care plans and safety planning.
• Adhere to telehealth regulations and clinical documentation standards.
• Support students in crisis situations with empathy and professionalism.
• Engage with a diverse student population.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in nursing and advanced degree in psychiatric nursing required.
• Certification in psychiatric mental health nursing.
• 2+ years of experience in psychiatric nursing.
• Strong clinical writing and assessment skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing student needs.
• Ability to establish rapport with students.
• Experience in crisis assessment and intervention.
• Multi-state license preferred.
• Doctorate degree preferred but not required.
• Compliance with state regulations required.
